I also guide strategy and development teams through career-oriented Web site architecture and messaging for both targeted candidate group Landing Pages and complete Corporate Career Site presences — often tying together the hiring needs of multiple business units under one cohesive message to meet the needs of multiple candidate audiences. This includes adherence to best practices, usability testing and user experience analysis through segmented analytics, split testing and multivariate optimization.
Additional pursuits include the development of social media strategies for recruitment sourcing and employment branding.
